Birthday Discount Terms & Conditions

 
Eligibility:
  • If your first-ever appointment at Kindred Kuts is booked on your birthday, you cannot use the birthday discount on that day.
  • Instead, you’ll receive a birthday discount voucher to redeem on a future appointment, valid until your next birthday.

 

Voucher Validity:
  • The voucher is valid for one haircut service and must be used before your next birthday.
  • It becomes void after that date and cannot be extended.


Proof of Birthday:
  • You must show valid ID (passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID) at your appointment to verify your birthdate and activate the voucher.

Discount Amount:

  • The birthday voucher provides 10% off a haircut service.
  • It does not apply to retail products or add-ons unless otherwise stated.

Booking Requirements:
  • The voucher must be used through our online booking system.
  • Enter the provided discount code at the time of booking to receive the discount.
  • Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively to past or already-booked appointments.

 

One Use Per Year:

  • Only one birthday discount voucher can be used per client per calendar year.
 

Non-Transferable:

  • The voucher is issued to the individual client and cannot be transferred or shared.
 

Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • Our standard cancellation and no-show policies still apply.
  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments using the voucher may result in it being voided.
 
Right to Modify:
Kindred Kuts reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal. If you’re a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. To do so, email us at info@kindredkuts.com within that period stating clearly that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may use the European model withdrawal form, but it’s not required.

Returning your items. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you’re withdrawing. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached. The cost of return shipping is yours unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Your refund. We’ll refund the full purchase amount, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof you’ve shipped it), using the same payment method you paid with.

Damaged or wrong items. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us at info@kindredkuts.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo — we’ll sort out a replacement or full refund, including return costs.

Exceptions. Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
